Lululemon Experience Strategy
The Challenge
Lululemon wanted to increase brand awareness in the UK and create a destination for locals and tourists alike to connect with the brand and its values.
The Task
The project started with a deep brand immersion phase and client workshops to align stakeholders on the brief.
I was leading and guiding the insights and strategy stage as part of the team at Dalziel & Pow, establishing trends, insights summary and vision for the project (incl. experience and design principles) while making sure the delivered outcome and proposed ideas are true and relevant to the brand and delivered within the brand experience.

The Outcome
Lululemon managed to ‘win’ London and the Regent street store became a manifestation of Lululemon’s values, which is not only a retailer selling activewear, but a brand that stands for possibility, accountability and mindfulness.
Guests are invited to use the space to relax, meet up with friends over a coffee, practice yoga or simply connect with a likeminded community to share personal ambitions and support each other on the way to a healthier and happier self.
